classes with Molly F

Molly started at tuck teaching yoga, and once Callie saw her fire she knew she would be a great fit for barre as well so she trained at tuck to become a certified barre teacher. Her passion for yoga started on vacation when she and her husband decided to try out a class the resort was offering, and she was instantly hooked. Two years into her personal practice, she decided to quit her corporate job to pursue her passion and become certified in yoga. Teaching an alignment-based vinyasa flow, Molly’s classes build strength and challenge your personal practice. Molly‘s barre classes are guaranteed to keep you moving, burning, shaking, and toned. All levels are welcome and modifications are always given when necessary, but be prepared to be pushed to your limits. Her philosophy on barre is a love/hate relationship, but she definitely leans towards love because she keeps coming back for more, and so will you! Besides Molly’s passion for yoga and barre, she is a foodie (a word she grapples with because who isn’t these days) and is constantly planning her next meal (or 5!)!
