Loved this class! I’ve really been enjoying the cardio classes with weights added in lately (Cardio Barre w/ Ann 1 & 2) so I’m excited to have a new one to add in to my favorites! Thanks Ann!

I know a full cardio class with weights would probably be too much, but I like when they are added to a few sections – just like we did in this class! 🙂
