Sarah was a lifelong athlete, until injuries sidelined her sports career. After a hiatus and going to grad school, Sarah began taking yoga and barre classes, loving the high intensity burn and sweat with low impact moves! After moving to Philly and taking classes with a variety of wonderful Tuck teachers, she knew she had to jump at the opportunity to become an instructor herself, and what better time than during quarantine? In addition, Sarah is a physical therapist and loves to add in lots of variation of exercises and modifications to her classes based on her experiences. In her free time, Sarah is an avid reader and plant enthusiast – she can’t wait for you to join her for a class!
