Brought back good step memories and I even remembered some of the fancy moves from classes long, long ago! But now I need to get a step because the 10″ step stool was a little high!!

I ended up using 2 yoga blocks side by side as my stepper. Worked out better than expected. Great class! Looking forward to more of these!! Thank you Ann!

Ok, so I did this class again this morning, because it’s so good, switched out the yoga blocks for a step stool. It’s a little taller than the yoga blocks. So good, and very sweaty. Great class!
