BarreSHRED™ with Callie – 4

Callie uses yoga blocks in ways you should never, ever use yoga blocks! If you don’t have yoga blocks handy, books of similar weight and shape would work or just go propless. This is an advanced barre class, so we recommend having taken at least a few classes prior to trying shred.

    This is honestly one of the best classes I have ever done. Worked every inch of my body. Grunted several times.
