Sliders coming in hot! We take a 45 minute full body class and add sliders to make it feel even worse better. This leg heavy class does have some bright spots of arms and core. We add in some fun balance and butt stuff moves to get extra juicy work in. Sliders are optional – get rid of them at any point and don’t forget to have fun!
