Fun class! Definitely was not feeling like moving on this rainy Monday afternoon and this was exactly what I needed. About to go listen to some more disney tunes to finish out the day.

I haven’t worked out all weekend and ate horrible, also bad allergies. This was the perfect workout for me today to get me moving a bit!
