    That was awesome! The wall thing was neat, haven’t done something like that since I was a long distance runner. By the time we got to lifting the feet I was like “whoaaaaa”. Liked the variation on the abs too!

      Yay! So glad you liked it! And I felt the EXACT thing when I lifted my foot, so much tension. We’ll keep playing around with the wall for new ideas!

    Well that was an EPIC class!!! I loved every single second of that including the wall work (more more more). Every day I get a new favourite class but this one will be a fav forever.
