This one is a doozy. It lulls you into thinking it’s a feel good class, then BAM your shoulders are on fire and your butt feels outside your body. When you finally manage to make it down to the floor, we begin to question our life choices as our legs begin to helicopter. Listen to your bodies and take breaks!
