Barre with Callie – 20

Join Callie for a barre class that will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride. We go on the water (hint, hint) and embrace the uncomfortable. We discuss life, motivation and our feelings. We even say hi to drunk Hagana as he attempts to motivate us.

    This was exactly what I needed today. Haha. I wasn’t expecting to tear up at the end of my workout this morning, but here we are. Rooting for you, Callie!! Thank you for rooting for us. 🙂

    Ummmmm, you are 100% NOT annoying. As a ‘virtual’ teacher, I feel like you have taught me a lot about the willingness to talk to no one (as I often am staring at blank zoom names). I very. much. appreciate. it!!!
