Valerie has been practicing yoga for many years, but got especially attached during the pandemic when she found herself doing a 30-day yoga challenge online that eventually extended a full 365 days. She received her yoga certification in 2023 in the styles of vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and yin. Valerie’s classes are all-levels-friendly vinyasa style flows, often working towards a peak pose to get students comfortable with a lot of different poses. You’ll leave her class feeling refreshed, calm, and strong. She also loves all things Philly, food & restaurants, and karaoke (or really just any excuse to sing)!
