Callie has been teaching yoga and other group fitness classes for over a decade. Her fitness career began as she transitioned from a college athlete to a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.Our Team

I took the Yin class and I loved it. The instructor, Callie, was wonderful and it was a very relaxing class… I would consider myself a beginner (and I am pregnant), so it was excellent that Callie made everyone feel comfortable by suggesting a range of modified positions. The yoga studio is a beautiful space, and it’s in a great location
Great studio and the perfect addition to the Point Breeze neighborhood. The owners are friendly and the classes are fantastic. Every instructor I’ve encountered is knowledgeable and true to the art of yoga. I highly recommend it!
I don’t usually practice yoga, but at the insistence of my wife I gave this new place a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! Great venue, great instructor. Will definitely go back, I’m sure my right hip will thank me for it in the long run.
One of the best yoga classes I have taken! The perfect remedy for my tight muscles in this cold weather. I can’t wait to take more classes with Barbara and the other instructors. Also, the studio is gorgeous. Congrats on opening a great space!
