Our classes are built for every body and every kind of day. Whether you want to sweat, slow down, or land somewhere in between, there’s something here for you. New students and longtime regulars work side by side in every class, modifying up or down to meet themselves where they are.
All Tuck Barre and Tuck Pilates classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted. All yoga classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Mats and props are provided. Bring water and clothes you can move in.
Tuck Barre
Our signature class. A full-body workout that fuses ballet-inspired conditioning with functional strength and cardio. We teach barre to the beat. Each move starts slow so you can find proper form and feel the muscle engage, then you have the option to move to tempo as the music builds. New students and longtime regulars work side by side, modifying up or down to meet themselves where they are.
Tuck Pilates
A contemporary mat Pilates class rooted in precision, control, and breath. We honor the foundational principles of Pilates while incorporating barre and functional fitness moves to build core strength, postural alignment, and full-body stability. Expect small, intentional movements that ask a lot of you, and leave you feeling longer and stronger. All levels.
Tend (Slow Vinyasa)
A grounded, breath-led flow that moves at a deliberate pace. Tend is for the days you want to move without rushing, to settle into a pose long enough to actually feel it. Expect held shapes, careful transitions, and time to breathe. All levels welcome. A nourishing place to start if you’re new to yoga, or to return to if you’ve been away.
Power (Dynamic Vinyasa)
A vigorous, heat-building Vinyasa flow. Faster transitions, stronger holds, and sequences that ask you to keep showing up to your breath. Power Yoga builds strength and stamina alongside flexibility. Suitable for students with some yoga experience or anyone who wants a challenge. Variations offered for all bodies throughout.
Untuck (Yin/Restorative)
The opposite of your hardest workout, and just as important. Untuck holds shapes for several minutes at a time to release deep connective tissue, calm the nervous system, and let the body actually rest. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used liberally. A reset for anyone who lives in their head, sits at a desk, or just needs permission to slow down. No experience required.
Bounce
A high-energy cardio class on mini-trampolines. Low impact on your joints, high impact on your heart rate and your mood. Bounce is playful by design, with choreography that’s easy to pick up and music that keeps you moving. Great cross-training for runners, barre students, and anyone who wants to get their heart rate up without pounding. No experience necessary, just a willingness to get a little silly and have fun!
