While living in Denver, CO in 2014 Rachael was introduced to just how incredible yoga can make you feel. The post-yoga glow of a body that’s been well worked, a mind that’s a bit clearer and an overall deeper connection to yourself. After moving to Philadelphia, she earned her 200-hr Teaching Certification in 2019 from The Yoga Garden under Nikki Robinson and Mark Nelson. She has been teaching Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga classes ever since. Come to class expecting a mindful flow, instruction to safely explore a variation of postures and tools to help you quiet your busy mind.
