Mary completed her yoga teacher training in 2013 and has been teaching yoga since 2014. She fell in love with the mental and physical results of a consistent yoga practice, that helped her find balance in a fast paced environment and with a demanding corporate career. She wants her students to feel comfortable on their own mat by challenging them to let go of perfection and embrace where they are in each moment.
Mary’s classes are suited for students of all levels. Her classes are dynamic – a combination of energy and ease – with an emphasis on connection between your breath and your body. She offers modifications for postures to make them more accessible. Her goal is to share the transformative healing power of yoga that she discovered years ago. She hopes her students leave class feeling stronger, peaceful and empowered.
