Jule began studying yoga in 2014 and moved to Philadelphia in 2022. Determined to share the benefits that enriched her health through yoga – physically, emotionally, and spiritually- she left her former job in International Education in 2020 to pursue her career as a full-time movement & mindfulness teacher. As an educator, she believes in providing yogis with tools that facilitate personal growth. Jule teaches movement as a form of meditation in which the body is the catalyst to understand, express, refine & re-find the Self. Her goal is to show that intention can cultivate a positive relationship with the Self, ultimately allowing us to approach life’s obstacles off the mat with strength and patience. You can expect her yoga classes to always bring a new sequence to challenge the body & mind, influencing the balance of effort & ease.
