Never a big fan of working out, Caitlin took her first barre class at Tuck at the suggestion of a friend. Four years—and countless pulses later—she was fully converted and pursued her teaching cert through Tuck, motivated to inspire other exercise-avoiders to embrace the burn. Caitlin credits Tuck’s welcoming community and amazing teachers for giving her the confidence to keep coming back and she hopes to encourage others in the same way. Her classes feature a mix of thoughtful movements, occasional bursts of cardio, and lots of opportunities to increase or decrease the intensity based on how you’re feeling in the moment. Whether you’re going hard or taking it easy, her goal is to get you feeling muscles you didn’t know you had.
