Becca’s ever present smile and positive attitude welcomes each student to the practice. She teaches accessible, inclusive classes through a trauma sensitive lens with lots of choice, breath work, and meditation. Expect to move in all directions and laugh as you flow through practice.
Becca started practicing yoga in 2008 and graduated yoga teacher training in June of 2016. Since Becca enjoys guiding yogis of all backgrounds and abilities, she has taught in several different settings to different populations all over Philadelphia County.
When not bringing yoga to the community, Becca is focused on completing her Master’s in Public Health in Health Policy at Temple. Her life goals include providing access to under-resourced communities, resisting the status quo, and fighting for a more just and equitable world. She is also a distance runner who raises funds for local and international nonprofits who create change.
