I’ve been teaching barre since 2016. I fell in love with barre during recovery from multiple foot surgeries. The workout allowed me to slowly rebuild my strength and alignment, which has made me extremely form focused teacher. My class is a blend of traditional barre exercises layered in with stamina building combo moves (TRX background) and always accompanied by a killer playlist. I live in Point Breeze with my husband and our 3 cats. I’m an avid gardener, home cook and cocktail/wine enthusiast.
