Our Self-Care Challenge is designed to help us evaluate our lives, prioritize what matters to us, and find space to honor those priorities. It isn’t all bubble baths and mani/pedis (though those things are important too!), it’s allowing ourselves time to look inward to figure out what experiences nourish us so that we can be fully present for the most important things in our lives.
