Ok, this week has been rough. Woke up with pink eye. Didn’t need to tell you that but I’m KEEPING IT REAL, FOLKS. This class is hard – for many reasons but the main one being it’s a lot off shoulder work and some sneaky core if you’re up for it. Battled through it (some of it) and it’s a good one if a. you want to stay on your mat today and b. you want to work hard and c. you want to do it in you pajamas like me. I’ll be back to more movement soon, but this is enough for today! P.S. You don’t need to go heavier with weights for this one, but you could! P.P.S. I no longer have pink eye!
