Cardio Step with Ann

Join Ann for this quickie step class. Think of this class as just getting to know your stepper with a large dose of cardio. Don’t have a stepper? Get creative! Using a 12 pack of cans would work, as would a small step stool or stair. You could also do this workout with no equipment. Lace up your sneakers and get ready for this class to fly on by!

    Brought back good step memories and I even remembered some of the fancy moves from classes long, long ago! But now I need to get a step because the 10″ step stool was a little high!!

    I ended up using 2 yoga blocks side by side as my stepper. Worked out better than expected. Great class! Looking forward to more of these!! Thank you Ann!

    This class exemplifies why Tuck Online is the best value in online fitness, period. I love all of the variety! Iโ€™m also sweatier than I expected. This was awesome!

    Ok, so I did this class again this morning, because itโ€™s so good, switched out the yoga blocks for a step stool. Itโ€™s a little taller than the yoga blocks. So good, and very sweaty. Great class!
