Yoga with Amy – 1

Welcome Amy to Tuck Online! This is a strong vinyasa class with extra focus on opening the hips and prep work to lead up to Astavakrasana (eight angle pose). Amy gives lots of options for all kinds of flexibility ranges and experience.
