Barre with Vikki – 4

Thank goodness Vikki is here to lead us through a full body barre class. That burn will sneak up on you with a resistance band around your legs in your thigh heavy warm up, followed by solid core on your mat, butt stuff and arms to finish. As always, props are optional! If you need more of a cool down stretch after this class, try our barre cool down.

    This was an excellent class but disappointing warm up and total lack of stretching. Please expand and this class to account for stretching and warmup. Thanks.

    I worked out to this video twice on different days. Really enjoyed the ball ab series. Very creative and effective! Abs were sore.
