Join Callie in the cat jungle for this barre-less barre class (is it even barre if there’s no barre? YOU BE THE JUDGE). Starting on your feet with some full body functional movements designed to get your heart rate up, we’ll move to the mat for lots of juicy butt stuff and slow burning core work. No squishy ball? A roll of paper towels work. Love her, love her, say that you love herrrr (in the comments).

This was a GOOD class!! Thank you! I love the sneaky mat work – any time we use the ball I know I’ll feel it. More please!

Loved this. The core stuff got WAY in there.
Question about pretzel: If I’m feeling it in my oblique and lower hamstring but not my butt, am I doing it wrong?
callie.kim@chubb.com says
Ooh great question! Do you feel your butt get hard during the set up (when we roll our hip forward)? If so, try to keep rolling your hip forward when you start to lift your leg (you kind of have to remind yourself each lift “ok body roll that hip forward”). It’s definitely normal to also feel it in your oblique, hammies!

My side butt was sore the next day, so I guess I was working it after all. (Sneaky!) I tried pretzel again and could definitely feel it in my sore side butt when I rolled my hip forward. Thanks for the tip!

Oooh I loved this one. Much groaning during the one legged bridges. Inner thighs dead.
