Thanks Ann! This was great. I have a question about doing the hands forward and back plank (when the hands crawl out and back). I find that I am sort of struggling coming back up, is there a modification I should try?

Hi! For a modification I would try going to your knees before you come back up and work through a modified plank to take pressure off. If the issue is more your knees on the way up I would just stay in plank or modified plank and just walk my hands back towards my feet but not go all the way up to stand. That way you’re still getting your heart rate up but perhaps not putting as much pressure on your body. Hope that helps/makes sense! Let me know!
