Upper Body Strong with Callie

Join Callie for an ALL ARMS class that will leave you feeling “sexy’ and ready to tackle your day/week/year! We’ll attempt to dance for the warmup (just go with it) and then we’ll grab our weights and get in there. This is one you don’t want to miss! Grab your sweater or cardigan (trust us, just do it) and get ready to barre-ty!
