You know the deal: under 20 minutes of all arms all the time. This is a perfect stand alone class when you only have 20 minutes aka time for one episode of The Office. You could always double up on ]a butt stuff or core class. OR you could just skip this and watch one episode of The Office. OR you could watch The Office while you do this class. P.S. What are those green dots on my pants for this entire class? Proof aliens exist?! Theories in the comments, please.
