This under 30 minute class will make your arms mega sore so we suggest doing any arm-heavy activities before you start. Wash your hair, raise the roof, change the ceiling lightbulb…you get the idea!

Great class and I loved your long-sleeved shirt!

Thanks Kim! It’s Alo Yoga brand. I think it’s similar to this one: https://www.aloyoga.com/products/w3499r-glimpse-long-sleeve-oxblood?

This was soooo hard but really good! I really want to start building arm strength (I have none). Is a class like this ok to do every day or is that too much working the same muscles? Any suggestions?
P.S. – I love your classes.
Ann says
So glad you liked it and thanks! I would say don’t do this class every day – definitely take breaks/days off as you are using your muscles and getting stronger. I would also suggest just doing some of the regular barre classes too to incorporate more arm work and also those classes will have planks and push ups that will also work shoulders / chest and arms! You are going to build a lot of strength quickly! But remember to listen to your body, take breaks and take days off!
