This class is all about the arms so strap in for 26 minutes of shoulder, tricep and bicep burn. We’ll also be moving to the grooves of Timbaland. Hopefully you’ll be so distracted by the music that you’ll forget you just did 26 minutes of straight arm work! Go get it!
