Unsitting with Khandi – 3

This is the third class in one of our favorite series – Unsitting with Khandi! Today, Khandi will take you through a practice that will open up your shoulders and chest.     great class to start the day! was just a little hard to hear your voice soemtimes, could also be my terrible computer speakers…

    Loved this class! Sometimes I find myself very fidgety during yoga, but this class kept me moving and flowing. Thanks Khandi!
