Tired Barre with Cassie

      Woof I hope you’re back feels ok. I have the worst BUTT pain (Sciatic pain) and i’m trying to do a little something and some stretching every day so it doesn’t get worse, but it is hard to move at the same time. It’s nice to do something light and feel a little better.

    Life got in the way and I haven’t done a Tuck barre class in way too long! This was a great way to get back into it!
