Ok, ok this is not exactly fitting into our week’s theme of butt stuff but it IS an important class to wake you up, whether it’s first thing in the morning, in the middle of a sluggish day or at the end of a long one. This is a quick, lovely flow with some intense movements but some slow ones, too.
