It’s all about balance, baby! That’s our intention for this week’s challenge class – specifically, we’ll be balancing on one leg for most of this one. Wobble as much as you want – this is about the goal of trying! No one is watching (except maybe a pet) so there’s no judgement here. Take a whack at it, we think you’ll end up having some fun!

love love loved this class! always looking for a nice balance between my yoga practice and barre and this was great to incorporate some of those moves and balance
