Join Callie for a class focused on the small things! Don’t expect any cardio – we focus on slow, intentional exercises mixed with longer isometric holds to build tension. You’ll get a refreshing and energizing full body burn. Class is for all levels and is prenatal friendly. PS – the video cuts out right at the end so we encourage you to stretch after with figure-four and happy baby stretches!
