Quick Cardio Warm Up with Ann

Hey, girl, heyyyy! Callie’s in the house for this quick but *brutal* warm up. We’ll use two blocks (or books) and we regret not having a mat so maybe grab one of those, too. Literally cannot remember the last time we dripped this much sweat. So good!
