Quick Arms & Legs with Ann – 5

This is a short arm and leg class using sliders. If you don’t have sliders, use wash cloths, paper plates or go without them! This is perfect as a quick standalone workout or feel free to add this on to some cardio for that extra burn!

    I made the mistake of doing this after a 30 minute cardio workout. I am now dead.
