Low Impact Butt and Core with Ann – 11

Sometimes no prop can be the best prop, know what I mean? Squeeze the working leg the whole time during this butt blaster and you’ll be sure to be feeling this one for days to come. Let’s be honest – I could barely get through this workout. Enjoy the extended stretch sesh at the end as we listen to one of the best songs ever written – just my opinion.
