Join Callie for a fabulous, feel good class where we focus on the small things that help us feel the muscles we forgot we had. We’ll start with a slow spinal warmup and move right through an upper body sequence. We’ll focus on the inner thighs at the barre and finish rolling like a ball. This is a goodie!

I have been unable to take any classes for several weeks because I was working around the clock for a deadline, and this was my first class back and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The whole thing just felt so good! And I loved the shout outs. So excited to be back in action (with an adorable pupster by my side). Laughed at the cat stuff.
