Full Body Mat with Callie – 2

Join Callie for a class where we won’t leave the mat. You’ll start with some feel good and move right into some intense core work on the ball. We’ll roll up and down…a lot until we get into clam variations for our tushy. We’ll finish with back strengthening! This one is *chef’s kiss*
