Full Body Barre with Callie – 4

As we write this description post recording, our butt muscles are shaking and we feel like we have baby giraffe legs. This one is a doozy for the butt, inner thighs and core. The roll-y core things at the end are weirdly challenging (why is it so hard for our knees to touch the floor?!). You’ll love.

Simon and Carly have main character energy at the end – wait for it.
