Flow to Crow with Amy – 3

This is the third of three crow classes from Amy. Amy describes this class as flow to crow variation Parsva Bakasana, Side Crow. In this flow you will warm up through some spinal twists and full body flow and twisting core work, to flow to a strong foundation of side crow.
