Consistency Challenge: Sculpt with Taft

Slow down *just a bit* with Taft’s sculpt class. This class is a mix of barre and yoga poses with longer, more intentional combinations but also bursts of cardio mixed in. Don’t let the name fool you – this class will make you sweat up a storm!
