Join Janessa for a lovely 30 minute session of stretching and meditation. The first twenty minutes of class will be yin yoga-type stretching, meaning you’ll hold stretches for a little longer than you might be used to, but it will feel so good! We’ll follow our stretching with a ten minute meditation to help ease you into the rest of your day, night or week. This is a great class to take on its own or right after a hard workout to help your mind and body reset.
