Callie has come out of retirement to teach one final slider class. This whole workout is atrocious and she does not recommend it (though inner thigh part is kinda fun).

I usually hate slider classes, but this was a GREAT class! Really fun and actually went by very fast. And of course, loved the shout to out to me and my girl Joanne!

i have a strong love/hate for sliders, great class. I feel most like myself when I’m driving and a song comes on the radio i know all the words too…or when my dog falls asleep with his head on my shoulder.
