Challenge: 45 Minute Yoga with Callie

Join Callie for a yoga class that will help you get out of your head and into your hips and low back! This class is prenatal friendly and open to all levels. The flow is slow and good, leaving you with plenty of time to revel in the stretches. There’s an optional meditation at the end – stay for it, we promise you will like it!

    Could barely get down the stairs this morning my legs were so sore. Did this class first to get me ready for the last week. It’s a good one!
