Prepare to sweat while standing during this all-standing cardio barre class. We do use our chair for mountain climbers, so it’s best to use something you can lean against – side of the couch or wall will work too. You’ll have ” Go 4, 3, 2, 1″ stuck in your head all day – sorry in advance!
