I am quite literally drowning in my own sweat and I made the fatal error of not removing my eye makeup after work before class. MISTAKE. hahah.
This is such an awesome class that I will take over and over again.

Fantastic class, Ann! And even though it was a cardio class I definitely feel I got a good burn going in my legs, arms, glutes, and abs, and I am sweating to boot! Once again, thank you for all of the planning and creativity that went into that class. It was really fun.
