Challenge: 45 Minute Cardio with Ann

It’s a cardio party, ya’ll! No planks, just good old fashioned fun with cardio using our chair, some weights and a little bit of core on the mat. This class will go by quick – blink and you’ll miss it!

    I love how this class builds – the limited rest time is challenging, but Ann’s fun sequence takes your mind off of it!

    Wow wow wow. That was a great start to the challenge!
    I am quite literally drowning in my own sweat and I made the fatal error of not removing my eye makeup after work before class. MISTAKE. hahah.

    This is such an awesome class that I will take over and over again.

    Fantastic class, Ann! And even though it was a cardio class I definitely feel I got a good burn going in my legs, arms, glutes, and abs, and I am sweating to boot! Once again, thank you for all of the planning and creativity that went into that class. It was really fun.
