Join Callie for a juicy class that will incorporate bursts of cardio with traditional barre exercises. There’s a bit of ballet-ish moves in the class and the barre sequence is extra long. You’ll also hear about Hagana’s Everest goals and “cumulative” marathon running.

Loved this class, Callie. Did it earlier today and already am feeling it in my quads. Loved the ballet-y section at the barre. The whole class was fun and a great work out. I also told my husband the “cumulative” marathon story and he laughed out loud.
