Cardio Warm Up with Ann – 3

I’m out of breath just typing the description for this class. Join Ann for a quick and low impact cardio warm up sesh. Feel free to add on to this with some butt, core or arms but you’ll be feeling nice and cozy if you’re taking this solo.

    Great class, Ann. I was sweating and my heart was racing by the end! Paired it with Amanda’s Quickie Arms and Abs class for a great complete workout.
